At the corner of 14th St. and Howell Mill Rd., West Midtown’s $450 million mixed-use
"The Interlock" is scheduled to open in the fall of 2020. The Interlock is expected
to ultimately feature some 200,000 square feet of office space, 100,000
square feet of retail and restaurants, 350 apartments, and 70 single-family homes.
